Artificial Intelligence Surgery is a member of and subscribes to the principles of STM. Authors of AIS can reuse a certain quantity of article contents from the chargeable publications of other STM members for free in their submissions to AIS.

Artificial Intelligence Surgery is a member of ORCID and our MESAs system has been connected with ORCID. After submissions to AIS are published, they will be automatically synchronized to the authors' ORCID accounts if the authors have connected their MESAs accounts with ORCID accounts. AIS's reviewers can choose to synchronize their review records to their ORCID accounts when filling in review reports.

Artificial Intelligence Surgery is a member of Crossref, which makes research outputs easy to find, cite, link, assess, and reuse.

All submissions to Artificial Intelligence Surgery are checked for plagiarism by iThenticate.

All published articles in Artificial Intelligence Surgery are enriched with a record of the current article status.
